This event aims to welcome tourists under the new tourism brand "Hot Miryang," utilizing the city's "spicy and hot" image through products such as Samyang Foods' Buldak Bokkeum Myeon, Muanmyeon Matnagochu, Miryang Pork Soup, and Hae-sal Cultural City.
Notably, five "Hot Han Store" venues discovered through the DMO project will participate in the event, showcasing spicy recipe menus developed by each store on-site. The featured menus include: Lupang Ice Sand, Bulgogi Pork Stir-fry Rice, Hot Gimbap, Spicy Handmade Tteokgalbi, and Buldak Bokkeum Myeon Jianbing.
Samyang Foods will participate with a "Buldak Bokkeum Myeon" themed zone, and visitors can also enjoy dishes such as Cheogajip Yangnyeom Chicken's Cheongyang Chili Chicken and Limonche's Highball.
In addition, a variety of interactive events for tourists will be held, such as the Buldak Bokkeum Myeon Speed-Eating Contest and the "Hot Han Store" Stamp Tour, adding more excitement to the festival.
During the festival period, the venue will also host the Miryang Water Festival, the Summer Sports Grand Festival, and the Hip-Hop & Trot Arirang Contest as part of the Miryang Water-per Festival, which is expected to contribute to the revitalization of summer stay-type tourism.
