Public Viewing and Opinion Submission Accepted at District Tax Departments and Eup, Myeon, Dong Offices Until the 25th
Changwon Special City announced that from August 6 to August 25, the city will accept public viewing and opinion submissions regarding the proposed individual housing prices for 234 properties, as of June 1, 2025.
The properties subject to this review are individual houses whose characteristics have changed due to land mergers, new construction, or extensions between January 1 and May 31, 2025. The final housing prices are scheduled to be determined and publicly announced on September 30, 2025.
Homeowners and other interested parties can view the prices and submit their opinions at the tax departments of the relevant district offices or at the eup, myeon, or dong administrative welfare centers where the property is located. This can also be done through the Real Estate Price Information website.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport is also conducting the review and opinion submission process for apartment prices during the same period, from August 6 to August 25. Therefore, both individual and apartment housing prices can be reviewed and opinions submitted on the Real Estate Price Information website.
For individual houses for which opinions are submitted, the prices will undergo re-verification and review by the Changwon City Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee, and the final prices will be publicly announced on September 30, 2025.
Kim Changwoo, head of the Taxation Division, stated, "Housing prices serve as the basis for local and national tax assessments, and are also used as fundamental data in various areas such as basic pension and health insurance premium calculations. We encourage everyone to take an active interest by reviewing the prices within the designated period."
