DB Insurance Partners with T3Q for Ontology-Based AI Claims Automation

On the 5th, DB Insurance announced that it had signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with T3Q to drive innovation in insurance operations using artificial intelligence (AI) technology.


For this project, T3Q will apply its Enterprise Data Processing Platform (EDPP), an AI-powered business innovation system that supports the entire business process of data-driven planning, execution, and evaluation. EDPP is equipped with hybrid ontology technology, which transforms data into information based on AI, statistical, and rule-based approaches.


The signing ceremony was attended by Shim Jinseop, Head of DB Insurance, Park Byunghun, CEO of T3Q, and other key officials from both companies.

The core of this agreement is the joint development of ontology-based AI technology to automate long-term insurance claim processing. Through this collaboration, the two companies will pursue the successful implementation of a proof of concept (PoC) for long-term insurance claim automation, as well as performance-based joint external cooperation initiatives.


Park Byunghun, CEO of T3Q, stated, "We aim to create meaningful change by applying ontology-based AI technology to real insurance operations," and added, "We aspire to go beyond K-Palantir and challenge Beyond Palantir."


Shim Jinseop, Head of DB Insurance, said, "This agreement will serve as an important milestone in AI-based insurance innovation," and added, "It will enhance customer convenience, processing efficiency, and corporate productivity."
