A light aircraft that took off for a marriage proposal event crashed in Turkey.

According to CNN Turk and Anadolu Agency on August 4 (local time), a light aircraft belonging to a private airline crashed shortly after takeoff from a runway in Adana, Turkey, at around 7:20 p.m. on August 1. It was confirmed that the aircraft took off as part of a surprise marriage proposal event.
The released footage of the accident shows a man on the runway proposing via radio to passenger Seyda Doan (30), who was flying in the aircraft. Doan accepted the proposal by saying "Yes." However, immediately after she accepted, the light aircraft attempted a maneuver, lost altitude, and crashed onto the runway. The crash occurred less than 10 seconds after the proposal was accepted.
As a result of the accident, the aircraft was completely destroyed, and both passenger Doan and pilot Burak Yurekli (39) were injured and transported to the hospital for treatment. Fortunately, it was confirmed that neither of them sustained life-threatening injuries.
