On August 5, Bada posted a handwritten letter of apology on her Instagram, bowing her head and saying, "I sincerely apologize once again to everyone who was disappointed by this incident."

Recently, Bada promoted a product called 'A Cosmetics' on a YouTube beauty content, saying, "I first saw this product when I went to Australia. Among them, this product is especially famous," in her endorsement.

However, the YouTube channel 'SamangyeouTV,' which exposes false advertisements and fraudulent companies, pointed out that this product is not actually from Australia. In a video uploaded on August 4, the channel claimed, "It appears to be a consumer-deceiving product marketed with an Australian concept."

Bada stated, "I should have reviewed and judged more carefully before participating in the content, but I failed to do so," and added, "I am very ashamed."

She continued, "I deeply reflect on having caused confusion and distrust among many consumers, and I offer my sincere apology. Taking this incident as a lesson, I will be more careful and responsible in reviewing the content and my role in any future productions."

Bada's agency, Wave Nine, also said, "We apologize once again for not conducting a more thorough and careful review prior to participating in the content."

The agency further explained, "The advertisement video was filmed according to a script provided by an external production company. Bada was not given any prior information about the actual distribution status of the product or whether there were any false or exaggerated claims, and simply followed the script." The agency added, "We have notified the channel of the termination of our collaboration and requested the suspension and deletion of all content featuring Bada."
