Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association (Chairman Song Pilho) announced on August 5 that it has launched the sixth year of the "Disaster-Affected Household Support Project" in collaboration with LH Korea Land and Housing Corporation (President Lee Hanjoon) and LK Co., Ltd. (CEO Koo Bonwook).
The "Disaster-Affected Household Support Project" provides support such as temporary housing, daily necessities, and relief funds to neighbors who have lost their homes due to disasters like fires, helping them return to their daily lives as quickly as possible. Since its launch in 2021, the project marks its fifth year in 2025, having provided daily necessities and financial aid to 530 disaster-stricken households and supplied temporary relief facilities to date.
Based on a three-party agreement signed in September of the previous year, the organizations have maintained a continuous cooperative system. Notably, for this sixth year, LH has increased its disaster relief fund from 100 million won to 200 million won, promising even greater support. LK Co., Ltd. is also continuing its participation this year, following its involvement last year.

Through this project, eligible households will receive temporary housing for up to three months, as well as a relief fund and a kit of daily necessities tailored to the family size: 300,000 won for single-person households, 400,000 won for two-person households, and 500,000 won for households of three or more. In addition, households with companion animals can optionally receive a pet-specific kit provided with support from KB Insurance.
The relief facilities, which utilize rental housing owned by LH, are currently operating at 20 locations nationwide. By region, there are eight in Gyeonggi, four in Seoul, two in Busan, two in North Gyeongsang, one in Gwangju, one in Daegu, one in Daejeon, and one in North Jeolla.
In particular, the relief facilities are equipped with various home appliances and cooking utensils suitable for a four-person household so that residents can move in immediately after a disaster without inconvenience. These facilities are provided free of charge, with no separate management fees required.
Shin Hoon, Secretary-General of Hope Bridge, stated, "I deeply thank LH and LK for their warm interest in and support for disaster-affected households," and added, "Hope Bridge will continue to collaborate with various organizations to provide ongoing support so that affected neighbors can return to their daily lives as soon as possible."
