The NH Investment & Securities Employee Children Camp is organized to foster a family-friendly corporate culture and enhance employee welfare. This year's camp was held twice, each session lasting two days and one night, for 200 children of employees in grades 4 to 6 of elementary school. The second session is scheduled for August 9. The theme of this year's camp was 'Global AIconomy,' a combination of Global, Economy, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The program was designed as an integrated experiential education encompassing economic knowledge, understanding of AI, and global communication skills.

The camp featured a variety of programs, including: ▲ economic currency experience ▲ ChatGPT team missions ▲ 3D pen keyring making ▲ English play missions with native speakers ▲ Water World experience. Native speakers and bilingual mentors were assigned to each team to lead activities in English, enhancing creativity and collaboration skills through project-based learning. In addition, the program maximized engagement and educational effectiveness through customized content reflecting pre-camp career aptitude tests, the inclusion of gamification elements, and organic connections between sessions.

The NH Investment & Securities Employee Children Camp has been positively received by employees for its tailored programs and high level of completion. Due to a sharp increase in applicants, the number of camp sessions was increased from one to two starting last year.

NH Investment & Securities plans to further develop experiential education programs for employees' children, thereby strengthening its role as a corporate culture leader committed to social responsibility and nurturing future talent. Yoon Byungwoon, CEO of NH Investment & Securities, stated, "This children's camp was prepared not just as an experience, but to equip the next generation with the skills needed in the AI era," adding, "We will continue to support the creation of a family-friendly organizational culture at NH Investment & Securities and help employees balance work and family life."
