Shinhan Card and Shinhan Bank Launch Digital Onnuri Gift Certificate Event for Mutual Growth

Up to 1 Million Won Offered
for Charging and Using Gift Certificates

Shinhan Card announced on August 5 that, together with Shinhan Bank, it will hold a digital Onnuri Gift Certificate cashback event until the end of this month.

This Onnuri Gift Certificate allows users to connect their bank account through a dedicated application, recharge the certificate amount, and make payments using either a physical card or a QR code.

Shinhan Card and Shinhan Bank explained that this event was organized to invigorate traditional markets and the local economy by promoting the use of digital Onnuri Gift Certificates.

Until August 31, Shinhan Bank will select 30,000 customers who connect their Shinhan Bank account and recharge at least 10,000 won through the digital Onnuri Gift Certificate application, providing each with a 5,000 won cashback.

Shinhan Card will also select 10,000 customers who register their Shinhan Card in the Onnuri Gift Certificate app and make at least one payment, giving each a 2,000 won refund.

Additionally, 645 customers who make payments of 50,000 won or more will be selected to receive a digital Onnuri Gift Certificate worth 1,000,000 won.
