Through this agreement, Nexon Games will establish a cooperative system for the proper separation, disposal, and resource circulation of unused electrical and electronic equipment within the company. The company plans to protect the environment and promote sustainable resource use by having a specialized organization safely collect and recycle waste electrical and electronic equipment that is generated within the company on a regular basis.
A campaign titled 'Inventory Cleanup Quest: Electronics Edition' for employees, aimed at collecting waste electrical and electronic equipment, will also be held for four weeks starting today. During the campaign period, employees can dispose of unused waste electrical and electronic equipment by placing them in collection boxes set up at the company or by using a home pick-up service (for large appliances). The collected electronic equipment will be processed and recycled in an environmentally friendly manner through E-Sunhwan Governance.
Lee Youngho, head of the ESG Task Force at Nexon Games, stated, "We are pleased to establish a foundation for ongoing and practical eco-friendly activities through this agreement," adding, "We will continue the campaign so that not only company-wide cooperation but also small actions by employees can come together."
