According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the daytime high temperatures are forecast to range between 30 and 35 degrees Celsius. As of 5 a.m. on this day, the temperatures in major regions are as follows: Seoul 25.7 degrees, Incheon 24.8 degrees, Suwon 23.5 degrees, Chuncheon 25.1 degrees, Gangneung 23.8 degrees, Cheongju 25.8 degrees, Daejeon 24.9 degrees, Jeonju 24.7 degrees, Gwangju 25.9 degrees, Jeju 28.7 degrees, Daegu 26.1 degrees, Busan 26.8 degrees, Ulsan 27.1 degrees, and Changwon 27.5 degrees.
The fine dust concentration will remain at a 'good' level in all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.
Waves in the sea are expected to reach 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the coastal waters of the East Sea and South Sea, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the coastal waters of the West Sea. In the offshore areas (approximately 200 kilometers from the coastline), wave heights are expected to be 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea, and 1.0 to 2.5 meters in the South Sea.
