Y2Solution announced on August 4 that it has completed a paid-in capital increase of 5 billion KRW to strengthen the production capacity of its subsidiary HRT Robotics and to expand into new businesses.
The funds raised will be used to expand production capacity in response to the growing demand for integrated automation solutions using industrial collaborative robots, as well as to finance new projects. The capital will be invested in establishing the nation's first MiR (Mobile Industrial Robot) training center, recruiting additional personnel, and expanding production facilities.
HRT Robotics is the first official system integration (SI) partner in Korea of Universal Robots (UR), the world's leading collaborative robot manufacturer. The company possesses site-specific automation capabilities, from robot design and installation to control system integration, vision camera solutions, and AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) integration. With the expansion of demand for UR-based automation systems, HRT Robotics secured orders worth approximately 4 billion KRW in the first half of this year alone.
With a new factory set to begin operations in the second half of this year, the company has set a goal of achieving annual sales of 10 billion KRW in 2025.
A representative from Y2Solution stated, "This paid-in capital increase is a strategic decision to enhance HRT Robotics' production efficiency and global responsiveness," adding, "We will accelerate growth by focusing on the nation's first MiR training center and our own brand products."
The representative continued, "In addition to our existing collaborative robot SI capabilities, we plan to strengthen next-generation growth engines through advanced technologies such as mobile robot cells and charging power modules."
