30% Commission Discount Benefit for ITSA Member Companies
Kmong announced on August 4 that it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Korea IT Service Industry Association (ITSA) on July 31 to promote the supply of freelance talent.
The agreement was initiated to address the chronic talent shortage in the System Integration (SI) industry and to proactively respond to the rapidly increasing demand for artificial intelligence (AI) specialists. Going forward, ITSA member companies will be able to use Kmong's premium services at a 30% lower commission rate compared to the existing rate.
