"The New Leading Complex of Yonghyeon-Hakik, Incheon"
On August 4, BS Hanyang announced that it will begin sales of "Inhade Station Sujain Roicent," located at the very center of Yonghyeon-Hakik District in Michuhol-gu, Incheon, next month.
"Inhade Station Sujain Roicent" will be built in the Yonghyeon-dong area of Michuhol-gu, Incheon, and will consist of six buildings with a total of 1,199 units, ranging from two basement levels to a maximum of 43 floors above ground, and a total exclusive area of 84?101 square meters. Of these, 959 units will be available for general sale. By exclusive area, the breakdown is as follows: 208 units of 84㎡ Type A, 513 units of Type B, 43 units of Type G, 25 units of Type H, and 170 units of 101㎡. While the majority of units are 84㎡, the complex also includes the rare 101㎡ large-size type in Incheon.
The complex is located approximately 300 meters from Inhade Station, making it a prime station-area development with anticipated improvements in transportation. The KTX line to Incheon is scheduled to open at Songdo Station in 2026, with the Wolgot?Pangyo Line expected in 2029 and GTX-B Cheonghak Station also planned.

Living conditions are already well established. Large supermarkets, a CGV cinema, and downtown commercial areas are all within walking distance of Inhade Station, and green spaces such as Dodam Park, Dasom Children's Park, Yongjeong Neighborhood Park, and Yonghyeon Urban Agriculture Park are nearby, providing a pleasant residential environment. Educational facilities are also concentrated directly in front of the complex, including Incheon Yonghak Elementary School, Yonghyeon Middle School, Yonghyeon Girls' Middle School, and Inhang High School, making it possible for students to walk to school.
The brand's competitiveness is also noteworthy. "Sujain" is a residential brand from BS Hanyang that has supplied approximately 230,000 units nationwide. Marking its 20th anniversary this year, Inhade Station Sujain Roicent is being introduced as a commemorative project. All general sale units will feature the four-bay flat-type layout, and landmark buildings will incorporate curtain wall designs, further enhancing the product's appeal.
The name "Roicent" combines "ROI," the French word for king, and "CENTER," symbolizing the aim to create the central landmark of Yonghyeon-Hakik District. The company plans to continue its legacy of leading complexes such as "Lake Blue" in Cheongna, "Obcent" in Gimpo, and "Graciel" in Cheongnyangni.
A BS Hanyang representative stated, "In addition to its station-area location, the completed infrastructure, educational environment, and excellent floor plans make it highly attractive for actual residents," adding, "We expect it to become the new leading complex representing Yonghyeon-Hakik."
The model home will be set up in the Yonghyeon-dong area of Michuhol-gu, Incheon. For further inquiries, please contact by phone or visit the official website.
