This meeting was organized to discuss the preparation of a commemorative gift to be presented during the General Secretary's visit, as well as to explore ways to expand diplomatic and cultural cooperation between the two countries at the private sector level.
On August 2, the foundation met with Ambassador Vu Ho at the Embassy of Vietnam in Seoul and shared specific preparations for presenting Je Seon Dang's traditional Korean herbal products to the General Secretary.
This gift, a premium product representing Korea's traditional health culture, carries symbolic significance for promoting friendship and private diplomacy between the two countries. In particular, this gift, crafted with Korean tradition and care, is expected to serve as a special welcoming present to commemorate the General Secretary's visit to Korea.
Kwon Jaehaeng, Chairman of the Foundation, stated, "It is very meaningful to be able to present a health gift that embodies Korea's tradition and values to Vietnam's top leader," and emphasized, "Taking this opportunity, the Korea Multicultural Foundation will further strengthen its role as a bridge connecting culture, welfare, economy, and diplomacy, and contribute to the development of bilateral relations through various exchange programs."
The Korea Multicultural Foundation plans to continue promoting various projects to support multicultural families and expand international exchanges. The foundation aims to broaden its role not only in the fields of culture and welfare but also in economic cooperation and public diplomacy, thereby further expanding the scope of mutual understanding and cooperation between Korea and Vietnam.
The traditional Korean herbal gift prepared through this meeting is scheduled to be presented during the General Secretary's official visit to Korea and is expected to further solidify the cultural bonds and friendly relations between the two countries.
