5,383 Units to Be Sold in Eight Complexes Including Jegidong Station I-Park in the First Week of August

In the first week of August, a total of 5,383 housing units will begin sales across eight complexes nationwide.

According to Real Estate R114 on August 2, a total of 5,383 units (3,683 general sales units) will be supplied across eight complexes nationwide next week. This represents an increase of 3,377 units compared to the previous week, when 2,006 units were supplied.

Major complexes accepting applications include 'Jegidong Station I-Park' in Jegidong, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul; 'Namyangju Wangsuk A1 (Public Sale)·A2 (Newlywed Hope Town)' in Jinjeop-eup, Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province; and 'Cheongju Centum Prugio Xi' in Sajik-dong, Seowon-gu, Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province.

Jegidong Station I-Park, a reconstruction project in Jegi 1 District, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, consists of two buildings with a total of 351 units, ranging from three basement levels to a maximum of 32 floors above ground. Of these, 82 units with exclusive areas of 44 to 59 square meters will be offered for general sale. This apartment complex is located near Jegidong Station on Subway Line 1, and by 2027, an additional transfer line at Jegidong Station on the Dongbuk Line is scheduled to open.

In addition, next week will see the first sales launch in Namyangju Wangsuk New Town, the largest among the third-generation new towns. The Namyangju Wangsuk A1 block in Gyeonggi Province will offer 629 units with exclusive areas of 59 square meters in eight buildings, ranging from two basement levels to 25 floors above ground. The A2 block, designated as a Newlywed Hope Town, will consist of 401 units with exclusive areas of 46 and 55 square meters in seven buildings, ranging from two basement levels to 28 floors above ground.
