A summer night festival featuring "bread and beer" enlivens Timelo in Dunsan-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon
A festival themed around "bread and beer" heated up the heart of Daejeon, creating special summer night memories.
The "2025 Time Music Festival with Bread & Beer," hosted by Seo-gu District of Daejeon, was held successfully over two days from August 1 to 2 along Timelo in Dunsan-dong.
With high interest and participation from citizens, the festival brought new energy to the city center. Eight local bakeries representing Daejeon, including "Mongsim," "Naegajalganebbangjip," "Mokhwajaegwa," and "Kkumsimdanghodu," showcased the true essence of Daejeon bread at this event themed around "bread and beer."
Additionally, Seo-gu’s craft beer brand "The Ranch Brewing" participated, offering a unique culinary experience.
Performances by hip-hop artists Kid Milli and Homies, various EDM DJ shows, and live stages by local singers received enthusiastic responses from the audience. Singing and dance contests with resident participation, as well as a flea market run by local small business owners, were also very popular, providing a diverse range of attractions for people of all ages to enjoy.
Seo Cheolmo, the district chief, stated, "I sincerely thank all the citizens who came to the festival and enjoyed it together despite the hot weather," and added, "We will continue to discover various festivals that can promote coexistence with local businesses and widely showcase the charm of Seo-gu."
