[Breaking News] Second Amendment to the Commercial Act Passes Legislation and Judiciary Committee Plenary Session

On August 1, the National Assembly Legislation and Judiciary Committee held a plenary session and passed the amendment to the Commercial Act, which includes the mandatory cumulative voting system for listed companies with assets of 2 trillion won or more, as well as an increase in the number of audit committee members who are elected separately.
