The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education 4·16 Life Safety Education Center will hold the "2025 Life·Safety·Hope Children's Song Festival" for kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high school students nationwide, including out-of-school youth.
This children's song festival has been organized to reflect on the significance of social disasters and to foster civic character that embraces autonomy and responsibility.
The themes for the songs include: ▲ Reflection on the significance of social disasters ▲ Spreading a culture of remembrance and empathy ▲ Fostering healthy citizens who fulfill autonomy and responsibility through respect for life.
Eligible participants are chorus teams of 2 to 12 members, either composed of students from kindergartens, elementary, middle, or high schools nationwide (including out-of-school youth), or teams consisting of families or adults that include at least one student.

For the preliminary round, from August 1 to August 24, participants must download the application form from the website of the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education 4·16 Life Safety Education Center, fill it out, and submit it along with a video via email.
Through the preliminary screening, 15 teams will be selected to compete in the finals, which will be held at the Education Center on September 13.
