Establishing a Professional Adoption System Based in Canada
Dream Tails Rescue, an organization specializing in overseas adoption of abandoned dogs, has established a professional adoption system based on an extensive cooperative network with veterinary colleges, animal hospitals, and behavior expert groups in Canada. The organization is introducing a new, trust-based rescue and adoption model.

Additionally, ESG content company Andreuibada has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the domestic adoption awareness brand Mongsfield, formalizing a dual-track cooperation system to promote the adoption of abandoned dogs both in Korea and abroad.
▲ Comprehensive Protection and Professional Adoption System in Canada
Dream Tails Rescue provides a multi-layered protection system for rescued dogs that goes beyond simple overseas transport. At local Canadian adoption centers, dogs receive double health screenings, behavioral assessments, and ongoing settlement monitoring.
Upon arrival in Canada, adopted dogs undergo another health examination at local veterinary colleges and partner animal hospitals. Their adaptability to home environments and social skills are closely assessed through connections with behavioral experts.
This system features an integrated management process that covers all stages before and after adoption, including in-depth interviews with adopters, home environment evaluations, and regular follow-ups after adoption. If an adoption fails, the organization activates a re-adoption and retraining system through consultations with guardians, ensuring a stable life for the rescued dogs.
Dream Tails Rescue presents this as a "professional adoption" model focused on life transitions for abandoned dogs, rather than merely on rescue activities.
▲ Improving Domestic and International Adoption Culture through Synergy with Mongsfield
Through this agreement, Dream Tails Rescue will collaborate with Andreuibada to promote citizen-participatory activities aimed at improving the adoption culture.
Mongsfield, operated by Andreuibada, has consistently facilitated responsible adoption connections based on a network of domestic shelters and foster guardians. The brand has also encouraged public participation through emotional content about the lives and adoption processes of abandoned dogs, educational workbooks, and ESG goods production.
Through this agreement, the two organizations plan to sequentially carry out: ▲ joint production of content featuring stories of abandoned dogs eligible for overseas adoption; ▲ development of educational materials promoting respect for animal life; ▲ creation of newsletters and fundraising goods for adopters in Korea and abroad; and ▲ adoption campaigns and exhibitions.
Kim Eunjeong, CEO of Dream Tails Rescue, stated, "We are designing the process so that abandoned dogs do not simply get rescued but are matched with the right guardians with professionalism and responsibility. The cooperation with medical and educational institutions in Canada forms an important foundation for safeguarding lives even after adoption."
Baek Songyi, CEO of Andreuibada, said, "Many guardians in Korea still face difficulties due to low awareness and insufficient information about adoption. By combining Dream Tails Rescue’s expertise in overseas adoption with Mongsfield’s citizen education platform, we will foster a genuine adoption culture."
This agreement is drawing attention as a new paradigm for companion animal protection, going beyond simple solidarity between organizations to build an integrated domestic and international adoption system and take responsibility for the lives of rescued animals after adoption.
