Samsung Securities to Hold Recruitment Seminar for Investment Solicitor Representatives

On July 31, Samsung Securities announced that it will hold a nationwide recruitment seminar for Investment Solicitor Representatives in order to expand its Investment Solicitor Representative channel.

An Investment Solicitor Representative is a financial professional who, after passing the qualification exam and training set by the Korea Financial Investment Association, signs an agency contract with a financial investment company and is responsible for attracting customers.

Samsung Securities applies a high industry-level commission rate for one year after contract signing to new personnel registered as Investment Solicitor Representatives.

Samsung Securities provides a dedicated customer management system for Investment Solicitor Representatives. Through the Samsung Securities HTS and mobile app, representatives can handle all tasks in a one-stop process, including customer consultations, account openings, and financial product subscriptions. In addition, a separate cyber training center and frequent online and offline training sessions are offered exclusively for Investment Solicitor Representatives, providing opportunities to enhance their financial expertise.

Every year, Samsung Securities holds an annual awards ceremony for the top 100 outstanding Investment Solicitor Representatives. It also provides services such as welfare points and health checkups, equivalent to those offered to regular employees.

As Samsung Securities' various support programs for Investment Solicitor Representatives have gained a strong reputation within the industry, nearly one hundred new applicants, including those from the financial sector and corporate finance officers, apply each year to become Investment Solicitor Representatives.

The Samsung Securities recruitment seminar will be held from August 11 to August 21 in five cities: Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Gwangju, and Daejeon. The main topics will include an introduction to the Investment Solicitor Representative system, qualification requirements, and benefits, covering all aspects of the system.
