The main contents of the agreement include: activating the exchange of information related to the aviation maintenance industry to enhance mutual cooperation; jointly developing and researching industry-academia projects related to aviation maintenance to strengthen the competitiveness of the aviation maintenance industry; providing mutual support for human resources and equipment as well as other physical resources; jointly developing and organizing educational programs; and supporting the employment of outstanding graduates and prospective graduates with maintenance expertise from Hanseo University at KAEMS.

Hanseo University President Ham Kiseon stated, "Through this agreement, we will do our best to develop customized educational programs necessary for training technical personnel and to operate field-oriented education, so that we can develop into a model of exemplary cooperation between companies and specialized universities."

Hanseo University is the only university in Asia with its own runway and is recognized as a leading aviation-specialized university in South Korea, equipped with the nation's top-level aviation-focused educational infrastructure and a wide range of majors. In particular, the Department of Aviation was the first in South Korea to be certified as a 'Specialized University for Training Professionals in Special Industries' in 2011, and it operates a high-level aviation education system accredited by the Aviation Accreditation Board International (AABI). With AABI accreditation, Hanseo University stands alongside world-class aviation education institutions such as Embry-Riddle and Purdue University.
