Top-tier High-end Brand Apartment Appears in the Traditional Wealthy Area of 'Namcheon-dong'
Summit Limited Namcheon is a large-scale apartment complex launched by Daewoo E&C after renewing its high-end residential brand 'Summit.' The term 'Limited' in the complex name signifies the exclusive value of differentiated product features and a unique location that have not been experienced before. Leading experts in each field participated in the project. EWAI, the interior architectural design firm known for Eterno Cheongdam and Hannam The Hill, and ANU, which has accumulated premium expertise through projects like Nine One Hannam and Raemian One Bailey, were responsible for the design.
Most units are arranged to provide views of Gwangan Bridge, and in some units, the master bedroom and bathroom also offer views of the bridge. The living rooms feature a maximum ceiling height of 2.8 meters for a sense of openness, and premium AL system windows (by Eagon Windows & Doors) with a high opening ratio are installed to maximize the enjoyment of the Gwangan Bridge view. The kitchens are equipped with high-end built-in appliances such as electric cooktops, electric ovens, built-in refrigerators, dishwashers, and sensor-based water-saving faucets, offered as both standard and optional features. The bathrooms have a hotel-style layout with a separate dry vanity area, ensuring both hygiene and comfort.
The parking space is generous, with an average of 2.17 spaces per unit, surpassing other complexes. About one-third of the parking spaces are expanded to accommodate large vehicles comfortably. Smart parking systems will be implemented, including enhanced fire monitoring, AI-based parking guidance, and electric vehicle charging facilities.
The community spaces are also distinctive. At the top floor in the center of the complex, a 'Sky Lounge' and a 'Sky Guesthouse' with jacuzzi facilities will be created, offering panoramic views of Gwangan Bridge as a special feature.
For the first time among apartment community facilities nationwide, an automated safe deposit box service will be introduced. In addition, a fire-resistant wall system certified by UL (a U.S. safety certification organization) and a biometric security system will be installed. For the first time in the Busan area, a multi-purpose tennis space with an indoor court and screen system will be provided. Other luxury community facilities include a total golf lounge, a private cinema featuring a Bang & Olufsen sound system, a hotel-style sauna, and a dining restaurant.
Symbolic Location at the Starting Point of Gwangan Bridge... Rarity, Scenic Views, and Everyday Convenience
Summit Limited Namcheon is being developed on the former Megamart site, a prime location within Namcheon-dong. This site is symbolic as the starting point of Gwangan Bridge, offering a rare, large-scale plot with excellent views, making it highly unique in Busan. Transportation, schools, daily amenities, and cultural facilities are all within the living area. Gwangan Bridge provides quick access to Centum City, Haeundae, and the East Busan Tourism Complex. The area is also served by a diverse road network, including Busan Urban Expressway (Beonyeong-ro), Suyeong-ro, and Hwangnyeong Tunnel. Within walking distance are Namcheon Station and Kyungsung Univ.-Pukyong Nat'l Univ. Station on Busan Subway Line 2, meeting the criteria for a double station area.
A variety of schools are nearby, including Namcheon Elementary and Middle Schools, Daecheon Middle School, Daeyeon High School, Bunpo Middle and High Schools, Pukyong National University, and Kyungsung University, as well as the prestigious academy district of Namcheon-dong. The commercial areas around Namcheon Station and the university districts of Pukyong and Kyungsung are within walking distance, and Centum Shinsegae Department Store is easily accessible by car. A large commercial facility (about 21,448 square meters) will also be built within the complex for added convenience. Coastal walking trails and jogging courses have been developed, and nearby are Namcheon-dong Park, Hwangnyeongsan Mountain, and other green spaces.
The model house for Summit Limited Namcheon, called 'Summit Gallery Namcheon,' is located in the U-dong area of Haeundae-gu, Busan. The model house operates on a 100% reservation basis, and various unit types such as 122A, 142A, and 182A square meters are available for visitors to see and experience the detailed designs and top-quality finishes firsthand.
Unlike typical model houses, this one is designed as a gallery-style exhibition space. WGNB, a design firm with a history of winning global design awards, handled the spatial design, creating a luxurious and sophisticated atmosphere reminiscent of an art gallery. Artworks by world-renowned artists Park Seobo, Lee Bae, and Lee Ufan are displayed throughout the model house. Additionally, a docent program will be offered to help visitors understand the meaning of the artworks and the space.
A representative from Daewoo E&C stated, "Summit Limited Namcheon will become a new landmark that surpasses the standards of existing high-end apartments in every aspect," adding, "Summit Gallery Namcheon, the model house, is a special space prepared so that visitors can experience the quality of life after moving in. We invite your interest and visits."
