Blue Ribbon Consultants are appointed through a process that selects planners who have met even stricter criteria among those who have been certified as excellent general insurance planners for five consecutive years. Appointees must demonstrate excellence in indicators such as solicitation contract order and retention rate, have no records of incomplete sales due to complaints or disputes over the past five years, and have no history of disciplinary action for violations of order.
This year, the largest proportion of Blue Ribbon Consultants were in their 50s, totaling 789 individuals. The youngest certified consultant was a 32-year-old man, while the oldest was a 78-year-old man.
By years of experience, those with 20 to less than 30 years of experience accounted for 47.4%, and those with 30 years or more accounted for 36.7%.
A representative from the General Insurance Association of Korea stated, "We plan to provide support projects and benefits such as individual promotion support, QR code certification, and promotion of the certification system to support the business activities of Blue Ribbon Consultants and enhance their external credibility."
