- During the previous official contract period, Royal Building and Lake units with outstanding views sold out quickly
- High interest expected for first-come, first-served contracts, with many inquiries for Royal Building and Lake units
The "Daejeon Haneulchae Luciere" complex, located in Seonhwa-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City, will begin first-come, first-served contracts starting tomorrow. With its ultra-high-rise structure of up to 49 floors above ground and expansive open views, the complex continues to attract significant interest from potential buyers, and a large turnout is expected for the first-come, first-served contracts as well.
During the official contract period from July 28 to July 30, Daejeon Haneulchae Luciere saw a steady stream of prospective buyers visiting the model home to sign contracts, demonstrating its high popularity.
A sales representative stated, "In particular, there has been strong preference for the Royal Building and Lake units, leading to rapid sales centered around these options. There are still some Royal Building and Lake units with open views remaining, and we expect robust contract activity for these units as well."
Industry experts in the region believe that interest in Daejeon Haneulchae Luciere will continue to grow, as the complex has avoided the government's recent series of stringent regulations and as more buyers seek to avoid the ongoing upward trend in pre-sale prices.
In fact, the complex has not been affected by the recently implemented June 27 measures or the three-stage Stress DSR, which has led to a significant increase in inquiries and interest from investors in Seoul and the greater metropolitan area.
Furthermore, according to local real estate agents, news has spread that the expected pre-sale price for the 84-square-meter exclusive type in the upcoming Eunhaeng 1 District near the project site is around 800 million KRW, which has highlighted the price competitiveness of Daejeon Haneulchae Luciere and further intensified interest.
In addition, Daejeon Haneulchae Luciere is expected to see continued contract activity from parents, as it is the first in Daejeon to offer a one-stop solution from childcare to education, drawing steady inquiries from this demographic.
Specifically, Kolon Global has signed business agreements with three companies?Jjaekkakseom, Mogwai, and Jongno M School?to provide "All Family Life Care" services in approximately 660 square meters of commercial space within the complex.
More specifically, "Jjaekkakseom" will create an offline kids' program space designed based on about 220,000 hours of educational and childcare data from its childcare platform "Jjaekkak Alligator." It will offer care and experiential programs for children aged three and up (preschoolers and lower elementary grades), introducing new themed programs each month such as drawing, urban farming, sensory experiences, and studio activities. Professional teachers will be on-site to provide safe and diverse experiences for children, and a full-day care program including meals will also be available. Residents will receive one hour of free playground use per day, helping to ease the burden of childcare in a practical way.
Additionally, "Mogwai" will offer a one-stop care service for dogs, including a kindergarten, hotel, and grooming services, reflecting the era of 15 million pet owners. Trainers will be on-site to provide customized education, and residents will receive one free one-on-one pet kindergarten class per week (up to four times a month), which is expected to reduce the burden of pet education and care.
Jongno M School will offer differentiated curricula and personalized learning, providing a variety of programs such as English, mathematics, self-directed learning, and test preparation. Notably, residents will receive a 50% discount on tuition for two years (30% discount for Chinese character education), significantly reducing the cost of children's education.
Meanwhile, Daejeon Haneulchae Luciere will be built on a site in Seonhwa-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon, with five basement levels and 49 floors above ground, comprising a total of 998 units with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 119 square meters. Of these, 657 units of the 84-square-meter type will be offered in the first round. The contract deposit is set at 5% of the total price, reducing the initial financial burden for buyers.
First-come, first-served contracts will take place at the model home, which is located in Doan-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City. Move-in is scheduled for July 2029.
