Recruitment Notice for the 2025 Second Half Small Business Capacity Enhancement Program
The Small Enterprise and Market Service (SEMAS) announced on July 31 that it is recruiting small business owners to participate in the '2025 Second Half Small Business Capacity Enhancement (Consulting) Program.' This program provides management improvement consulting to small business owners experiencing management difficulties, aiming to strengthen their competitiveness.
In the second half of this year, the program plans to support a total of approximately 1,700 people across two categories: ▲Management Stability Consulting (1,300 participants) and ▲Entrepreneurial Development Consulting (400 participants). 'Management Stability Consulting' is open to all small business owners and offers up to four consulting sessions, diagnosing management, marketing, legal, and other business issues faced by small business owners and providing effective solutions.
'Entrepreneurial Development Consulting' targets small business owners with creative ideas and growth potential, offering up to five consulting sessions. This program is newly designed to focus on growth and advancement, differentiated from the existing management stability consulting, and supports proactive responses to rapidly changing business environments through digital transformation, brand enhancement, and business expansion.
Park Sunghyo, Chairman of SEMAS, stated, "Amid ongoing economic uncertainty, we have established a tailored consulting system to help small business owners find practical solutions," and added, "We hope this will serve as an opportunity for small business owners to respond flexibly to changes in the business environment and to grow into competitive enterprises."
