The Gangnam District Council of Seoul (Chairman Lee Hogwi) announced on the 30th that it participated in the 'Donation Challenge Partners Day' hosted by the Gangnam Welfare Foundation on the 29th, joining efforts to spread a culture of giving.

This event was held under the slogan '50 People Who Shined Gangnam, Together for the Future of Welfare' to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the founding of Gangnam District. It was organized to establish and spread a culture of sharing through the donation challenge.
Main programs included the 'Hope Baton Relay' for the 50 People Who Shined Gangnam Donation Challenge, the reading of the Hope Pledge, and the lighting of the Hope Candle.
Chairman Lee Hogwi, Vice Chairman Bok Jingyeong, Operations Committee Chairman Lee Dongho, Administrative and Safety Committee Chairman Kang Eulseok, Economic and Urban Committee Chairman Lee Dohui, Councilors Jeon Insu, Han Yunsu, Yoon Seokmin, Hwang Younggak, and Kim Jingyeong attended the event. Together with donors, they reflected on the meaning of warm sharing and united in their commitment to expanding the culture of giving for the realization of sustainable welfare.
