The Management Advisory Committee is composed of experts in the fields of ESG management, urban development, residential welfare, and investment attraction. The committee provides advice and opinions on the corporation's projects and overall management.

During this meeting, participants shared the major achievements of the first half of the year and the business plan for the second half of 2025. They also discussed the review of the strategic system to respond to the rapidly changing management environment, as well as the promotion strategy for the second phase of ESG management.

The advisory committee members emphasized the importance of ESG implementation, including linking public housing sales projects involving private sector participation with ESG indicators, introducing a greenhouse gas reduction awareness budget, and raising capital through green finance. They also proposed directions for sound management and revitalization of the local economy, such as ensuring safety for each generation and preventing duplicate beneficiaries when promoting integrated residential welfare, expanding eco-friendly construction such as modular housing, restructuring development project profit bases, managing financial risks, and establishing a dedicated organization for investment attraction.

Shin Changho stated, "We will actively incorporate the committee members' opinions into our strategy formulation and adjustments." He added, "Ahead of our 35th anniversary next year, we will thoroughly review today's suggestions to ensure they contribute to our mid- to long-term growth strategies and the improvement of citizens' quality of life."
