Jeongeup City to Expand Incheon Airport Express Bus Service to Five Daily Trips Starting Next Month

Operates Five Times a Day... Takes 3 Hours and 30 Minutes

Jeongeup City in North Jeolla Province announced on July 30 that the express bus route between Jeongeup and Incheon Airport, which previously operated twice a day, will expand to five daily trips starting next month.

The city expects that this increase in service will improve transportation convenience for airport users. During peak periods such as vacation seasons and holidays, when airport usage is concentrated, this measure is anticipated to significantly alleviate practical inconveniences for residents.

The bus schedule is evenly distributed between morning and afternoon. The timetable has been adjusted to connect with the departure and arrival times of flights at Incheon International Airport, allowing for more flexible and efficient travel plans. As a result, residents now have a much wider range of options for traveling to and from the airport at their preferred times.

This route departs from Gochang Terminal, passes through Jeongeup Intercity Bus Terminal and Gimje, and continues to both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 of Incheon Airport. The total travel time is approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes. The schedule and ticket reservations can be checked through the TmoneyGO app or at the Jeongeup Intercity Bus Terminal information center.

A city official stated, "Airport accessibility is a crucial factor directly linked to residents' quality of life," and added, "We will continue to work on improving transportation services to meet the expectations of our citizens."
