Hunet Recruits for 18th Session of Free CEO Program "Happy Management University"

Recruitment Open Until the 24th of Next Month

On July 30, Happy Success, a non-profit organization sponsored by Hunet, announced that it is recruiting students for the 18th session of its free CEO program, "Happy Management University," which is aimed at CEOs of small, medium-sized, and venture companies.


Happy Management University is a distinctive CEO education program that adopts the practice of happiness management as its core philosophy. Since its launch in 2016, it has produced more than 1,000 alumni CEOs and has established itself as a practical community for CEOs of small and medium-sized enterprises.

The 18th session will begin with an entrance ceremony on September 15 and will take place every Monday evening for approximately three months, both online and offline simultaneously. The tuition fee is fully covered and free of charge.


Eligible applicants are CEOs of companies that have been in business for more than three years and have at least 30 full-time employees. However, CEOs of startups and venture companies who are committed to practicing happiness management may also apply as an exception. Applications are open until the 24th of next month, and about 70 participants will be selected through a document screening process.


This session will feature lectures by Kim Jin-Hyung, honorary professor at KAIST (The Future Brought by AI); Lee Keumryong, chairman of Koglo.com (Innovative Leadership for Sustainable Growth); Yoon Eunki, chairman of the Korea Collaboration Promotion Association (The Era of Super Change and Super Risk: New Management and New Leadership); Hong Euisook, chairman of Incoaching (Achieving the Best Performance with Happiness Energy); and Cho Youngtak, CEO of Hunet (Happiness Management & Happy Leadership).
