Ottogi Tabasco and Pokeallday Launch Two Limited-Edition Summer Menu Items

Two Varieties of Pokeallday Spicy Buckwheat Noodle Salad Released

Ottogi announced on the 31st that it has partnered with the premium poke brand "Pokeallday" to launch two new limited-edition summer menu items featuring "Tabasco Gochujang Hot Sauce."

The collaborative menu includes the "Spicy Yukhoe Sesame Oil Buckwheat Noodle Salad" and the "Spicy Sea Snail Sesame Oil Buckwheat Noodle Salad," both served with "Tabasco Gochujang Hot Sauce." Pokeallday's signature "Perilla Oil Buckwheat Noodle Salad" has been updated to the "Sesame Oil Buckwheat Noodle Salad" by using sesame oil and zero-sugar buckwheat noodles. On top of this, spicy yukhoe and sea snails mixed with "Tabasco Gochujang Hot Sauce" are added as toppings. Customers can choose to add extra sauce for an even spicier experience.

The core of this collaboration, "Tabasco Gochujang Hot Sauce," is a product exclusively launched in the Korean market at the end of last year through a partnership between Ottogi and the American company McIlhenny. It is characterized by the harmonious blend of the deep, rich spiciness of gochujang and the unique hot flavor of Tabasco.

These two new menu items will be available at Pokeallday locations nationwide until September 30. There will also be an event where customers can try three levels of Tabasco spiciness sauces (Original, Hot Sauce, Scorpion) for free.
