Reflecting Minority Job Series and Professional Expertise
The Jeollanam-do Provincial Council implemented its personnel appointments for promotions and transfers for the second half of 2025, effective as of July 30.
The personnel changes involved a total of 37 individuals, including 5 promotions and 32 transfers, with the transfers also including personnel exchanges.
The promotions were determined based on the ranking of candidates on the promotion list, job performance, and also with consideration given to boosting morale among minority job series. As a result, 1 person was promoted to grade 4 and 4 people were promoted to grade 5 or below, making a total of 5 promotions. The transfers were made by comprehensively considering job competency and departmental opinions, with the aim of assigning personnel to the most suitable positions.
Kim Taegyun, Chairperson of the Jeollanam-do Provincial Council, stated, "By assigning personnel based on job capability and expertise, we aimed to strengthen the professionalism of legislative support and build a council that works efficiently," adding, "Through these appointments, the Jeollanam-do Provincial Council will be able to grow into an organization that earns even greater trust from the residents."
