This store was reintroduced to the area after four years, following the withdrawal of the Lotte Mart Guri branch in 2021, in response to requests from the local community who missed having a large supermarket. Grand Grocery Guri Branch has transformed itself into a grocery specialty store, with approximately 90% of the store dedicated to food products. In particular, the 'Daily Meal Solution' section, which offers over 500 types of frozen convenience meals, has received a positive response, especially among dual-income households who are interested in gourmet food and want to reduce meal preparation time. The sales of frozen foods at the Guri branch are more than three times higher than the chain's average.

Exclusive direct-imported products and health-focused meal care items are also part of Grand Grocery Guri Branch's differentiation strategy. Nichirei's 'Hiyashi Chuka' from Japan, developed to be enjoyed cold even after microwave cooking, is sold exclusively at the Guri branch. The same brand's 'Tantanmen' is also available only at this location, allowing customers to choose between mixed noodles and soup noodles according to their preference.

The store also exclusively offers around 20 signature products from Picard, France's number one frozen food brand, in offline retail. The deli corner's signature menu, 'Yorihada World Buffet,' has been reimagined as a frozen home meal replacement (HMR) to expand product variety. The 'Medisolla Functional Meal Box' series, tailored to wellness-focused eating habits, includes options ranging from nutrition-balanced salads to meals designed for diabetes and kidney care.

The 'Global Cuisine' section offers the largest selection of international seasoning products among all branches. In the imported food specialty zone, the store exclusively features popular travel items such as Taiwan's 'Sansugong Snowflake Cake' and Japan's 'Suntory Iyemon Kyoto Lemonade.'

Lotte Mart has also established the 'Guri City Coexistence Agricultural Products Corner' by collaborating with the nearby Guri City Agricultural and Marine Products Wholesale Market to minimize distribution stages and promote mutual growth with the local community. Here, more than 10 types of agricultural products, such as zucchini and Dadagi cucumbers, which are auctioned on the same day, are offered via direct delivery. The cumulative sales volume has reached approximately 20 tons.

Additionally, the store has been developed as a 'citizen-centered space,' serving as a complex cultural venue for the local community. Lim Donghun, the manager of Lotte Mart Grand Grocery Guri Branch, stated, "Grand Grocery Guri Branch has established itself as a lifestyle platform that goes beyond a simple shopping space, integrating into the daily lives of citizens through data-driven commercial area analysis and region-specific content planning. Moving forward, we will continue to enhance our expertise in groceries and family-friendly content to deliver real value to the daily lives of our local customers."
