[Tomorrow's Weather] Gwangju and Jeonnam Highs Up to 35°C... Heat Wave and Tropical Nights

On July 29, Gwangju and Jeonnam are expected to experience mostly clear skies and continued hot, tropical nights.

According to the Gwangju Regional Meteorological Administration on July 28, the morning low temperatures are forecast to range from 22 to 25 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperatures are expected to be between 33 and 35 degrees Celsius.

Waves in the seas off the west and south coasts are expected to be around 1 meter high, and the concentration of ultrafine dust will remain at a 'good' level.

Daytime high temperatures are forecast to reach 33 degrees Celsius in Shinan, Jindo, Yeongam, Muan, and Mokpo; 34 degrees Celsius in Hampyeong, Yeonggwang, Hwasun, Damyang, Jangseong, and Naju; and 35 degrees Celsius in Gwangju.

An official from the Meteorological Administration stated, "The heat and tropical nights are expected to continue for the time being, so caution is necessary," and advised, "Please drink water frequently and refrain from prolonged farm work or working alone."
