Seoul Mayor Oh Sehoon (right) and Taebaek Mayor Lee Sangho are holding a business agreement ceremony to address educational disparities at the Seoul City Hall video conference room in Jung-gu, Seoul, on July 28. Through this agreement, the Seoul Learn platform will be jointly utilized to provide high-quality online learning services to 500 local youths.
