The Cheongsong County Public Health Medical Center in North Gyeongsang Province, led by Director Yoon Hongbae, held the '2025 Staff Courtesy Training' at the Dementia Relief Center's training room on July 24.

This training was organized to improve the quality of civil service and increase user satisfaction among visitors to the medical center. More than 100 participants attended, including not only public officials affiliated with the medical center but also staff from Cheongsong Medical Center and Seongso Hospital, which are designated as outsourced medical institutions. The event was held as a joint session for all employees.
The training was led by external customer service specialist Jang Taejun from Sutopia HR Consulting, under the theme 'What is Courtesy?'
The main topics included: △the importance of courtesy in public institutions, △understanding service and empathy from a user-centered perspective, △guidelines for responding to civil complaints in various situations, and △telephone communication methods. The curriculum was designed to provide practical and effective content applicable in real-world settings.
County Governor Yoon Kyunghee stated, "We will continue to promote a variety of policies that ensure respect and trust for county residents. Establishing courteous service and effective civil complaint response will remain a central task for Cheongsong County administration. We are committed to providing even more courteous and satisfying administrative services to our residents."
