The pre-inspection event for "The Pallist Desiang" took place over two days, on Friday the 25th and Saturday the 26th. Taeyoung Construction showed exceptional confidence in its quality management by inviting not only prospective residents but also the general public to participate in the inspection, which is considered an unusual move in the industry.
On the day of the event, the site was crowded with both prospective residents and many visitors interested in the complex. Prospective resident Mr. A, after touring the site, commented, "The large unit size makes it comfortable, and I could feel the attention to detail even in areas that are usually hard to notice. I was surprised to see that the interior finishes and the provided furniture were much more luxurious than I had expected," expressing both a positive evaluation and high expectations for moving in.
Recently, the construction industry has been plagued by recurring defect issues due to rising construction costs and poor workmanship. In this context, the smooth and problem-free completion of this pre-inspection is being regarded as a rare case within the industry.
In fact, Daegu has recently seen a series of defect controversies in new apartment complexes awaiting occupancy. Some visitors at the site even commented, "It doesn't feel like a typical apartment, but rather like a luxury residential complex," reflecting the overall positive atmosphere.
