The consulting program will be conducted from July 28 to August 29.
This year, the program will focus on individual on-site consulting in the field of accounting, targeting a total of 20 institutions. Each institution will receive two sessions (one customized consulting session and one follow-up session), after which a results report will be provided. The consulting topics include payroll management, accounting, sponsorship management, and withholding tax. Five field experts with experience in accounting will participate in the program.
This consulting program is part of the "Management Consulting Project for Social Service Providers" currently being promoted by the Busan Social Service Institute. Earlier this year, the institute conducted 12 group consulting sessions in the fields of accounting and labor, with 138 employees from 74 institutions participating. In the second half of the year, consulting in business operations and public relations will also be provided.
Yoo Kyuwon, President of Busan Social Service Institute, stated, "We hope that customized consulting tailored to the realities of small-scale institutions will help reduce the accounting burden on the field and create an environment where employees can focus more on their core duties."
