SKT Launches ZEM KakaoTalk Channel for Kids Service... Discount Event for Performances and Exhibitions

Quick Customer Support for Parents via Chatbot
Up to 60% Off Musicals and More Until August

On July 28, SK Telecom announced that it has launched a KakaoTalk channel for its kids service brand ZEM and is holding a maximum discount event for performances and exhibitions that families can enjoy together during the summer vacation.

ZEM currently offers services such as smartphones and plans for children under the age of 12, as well as the ZEM application (app), which helps parents check their child's location in real time and develop healthy smartphone habits.


On the KakaoTalk channel, SK Telecom introduces ZEM features and tips for managing children's smartphone use, and provides updates on various event benefits. In particular, the channel supports customer service for ZEM users through a fast inquiry chatbot service.


To celebrate the launch of the KakaoTalk channel, SKT is holding an event until August 31, offering up to 60% discounts on tickets for a total of six popular musicals and exhibitions. Users can add the ZEM channel as a friend on KakaoTalk, download a discount coupon, and use it when booking tickets.


The performances and exhibitions eligible for the discount include the children's family musicals "Jungle Book," "The 100-Story House by the Sea" (Seoul, Daejeon, Changwon), "Alsatang," "Jangsutang Seonnyeonim," "Love's Hachuping" (Seoul, Cheonan, Busan, Yeosu), and "Anthony Browne Exhibition." Musical tickets can be purchased at a 45-60% discount, while exhibition tickets are available at a 40% discount.


Discount coupons can be registered and used on the NOL Ticket (formerly Interpark Ticket) website. For each ID, up to four tickets per performance or exhibition can be purchased at the discounted price, or without any limit on the number of people.
