On the 28th, Shinhan Card announced that it has built an in-house platform called 'AINa' based on generative AI, and will apply it across all aspects of employee operations.
Earlier, on the 4th, CEO Park held the 2025 second-half business strategy meeting at Shinhan Card's headquarters in Euljiro, Jung-gu, Seoul, where he encouraged employees to actively leverage AI technology.
Park emphasized, "We need to leap forward based on fundamental competitiveness and detailed execution," adding, "We must lead innovation by discovering future growth engines and actively utilizing AI technology."
Previously, in January, Shinhan Card introduced AI-SOLa, a customer consultation support system equipped with generative AI, to all stages of customer service. This time, the company has developed an AI platform aimed at enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of internal employee tasks.
AINa is an in-house generative AI platform that learns each employee's work patterns and provides customized solutions. It enables task automation and the creation of tailored work bots.
Its key feature is accurately identifying and resolving the everyday challenges employees face at work. It instantly provides organized answers by searching through vast amounts of manual data, including card services, in real time.
From marketing planning and copywriting to compliance review, specialized bots handle the entire process. By using a bot specialized in SQL queries, it allows for more precise extraction of marketing target customers. This enhances both the efficiency and accuracy of marketing efforts.
Employees can directly create customized bots tailored to the characteristics of each department and team, making it easy to turn their ideas into new bots. This encourages employees to participate as proactive developers rather than passive users.
Shinhan Card plans to further advance AINa by adding features such as personalized assistants for each employee. The company aims to drive a fundamental shift in work practices by strengthening a culture that focuses on truly important tasks rather than repetitive ones.
