INNOBIZ Association and Ministry of SMEs and Startups Launch Second Half INNOBIZ Education and Coaching Support Project

A Total of 20 Education Sessions and Coaching Support for 70 Companies

The Korea Association of Innovative Businesses (INNOBIZ Association) announced on the 28th that it will launch the '2025 Second Half INNOBIZ Education and Coaching Support Project' in cooperation with the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.

The project will begin in Pangyo on the 30th and will then be held sequentially across the country. The education and coaching programs are mainly targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in non-metropolitan areas that possess innovation potential, with the aim of promoting their innovation activities and supporting them in obtaining INNOBIZ certification.

The education program is designed to strengthen the innovation capabilities of companies seeking new INNOBIZ certification as well as those that have failed the evaluation (pre-INNOBIZ companies).

The main content includes an introduction to INNOBIZ, selection procedures, requirements for each evaluation item such as technological innovation, technology commercialization, management capabilities and performance, and guidance on individual technology evaluations. The program will be held a total of 20 times: 6 sessions in the metropolitan area, 12 sessions in non-metropolitan areas, and 2 sessions for companies in key industrial sectors.

The INNOBIZ coaching program for aspiring companies utilizes coach matching and the Innovation Diagnosis System to identify and address areas of improvement for pre-INNOBIZ companies, and to support their scale-up. Experts will visit company sites in person to provide customized diagnosis and coaching.

The program targets a total of 70 SMEs in non-metropolitan areas. Recruitment of participating companies will take place at the end of July, and coaching will be provided sequentially from the end of August. There is no separate cost for participating companies.
