2,006 Units to Go on Sale in Five Complexes Including Busanjin-gu in the Last Week of July

Next week, a total of 2,006 housing units will begin sales in five complexes nationwide, including Busan.

According to Real Estate R114 on July 26, during the last week of July, sales will be launched for 2,006 units (with 1,956 units available for general sale) across five complexes located in Busan, Gunpo in Gyeonggi Province, Samcheok in Gangwon Province, and Gwangju. This figure is 5,950 units fewer compared to the previous week's 7,956 units.

By major complex, sales will take place at 'Gaya Station Lotte Castle Skyel' in Gayadong, Busanjin-gu, Busan; 'Daeyami Station Kumkang Penterium Lake Foret' in Sokdal-dong, Gunpo, Gyeonggi Province; and 'Triven Samcheok' in Gyodong, Samcheok, Gangwon Province, among others.

Lotte Construction will launch sales for the mixed-use apartment complex 'Gaya Station Lotte Castle Skyel' in Gayadong, Busanjin-gu, Busan. The complex consists of four buildings, ranging from four basement levels up to 43 above-ground floors, with a total of 805 units (725 apartments and 80 officetels).

Units available for general sale include apartments with exclusive areas of 59 to 84 square meters and officetels of 52 and 69 square meters. The complex offers excellent public transportation access, with Gaya Station on Busan Subway Line 2 located within 150 meters from the center of the complex. It is also conveniently located near the Seomyeon commercial district and Lotte Department Store Busan Main Branch, providing residents with a high level of living convenience.
