Konkuk University Launches Limited-Edition "KUrimbang" On Campus: A Healthy and Guilt-Free Snack

Konkuk University announced on July 26 that its student startup "Puroon" has launched a vegan cream bread called "KUrimbang," which combines both health and taste.

KUrimbang is a limited-edition product sold exclusively on campus, designed using the university mascot "KU" character. This vegan bakery item does not contain milk, eggs, or butter. It features lower sugar content and higher protein compared to regular cream bread. The savory cream filling contains up to 50 peanuts, making it a healthy snack that is easy to digest and can be enjoyed by anyone without concern.

KUrimbang will be available in limited quantities at eight locations on campus: Restio Industry-Academia Cooperation Center, Library, Engineering Building, Business School, College of Arts, College of Animal Life Sciences, Health&Me store, and the Glocal Campus Jungwon Library.
