The "Mutual Respect Quiz Show," an event designed to highlight issues related to power abuse in everyday life, attracted the attention of commuters on their way to work.

On July 24, the Daejeon Dongbu Office of Education, under the direction of the Department of Financial Support, held a "Mutual Respect Quiz Show" for all employees as they arrived at work.

This event was organized to help naturally spread and establish a culture of mutual respect and consideration in the workplace, as well as to address the problem of power abuse in daily life. The campaign, conducted in the format of a quiz show, was designed to allow voluntary participation by employees on their way to work, and received an enthusiastic response.

The quiz featured a variety of scenarios related to mutual respect in the workplace. Participants who answered correctly received small commemorative gifts, which increased both the educational impact and motivation to participate.

Lee Sangjin, Head of the Department of Financial Support at the Daejeon Dongbu Office of Education, stated, "Rather than formal training, we wanted to spread a culture of mutual respect in a way that encourages voluntary participation and empathy from employees," and added, "We will continue to make efforts to create an honest organizational culture where respect and consideration are truly present."
