Delivery of Daily Necessities, Basic Cosmetics, and Bottled Water
to Sancheong, Hamyang, Yesan, Asan, Gapyeong, and Other Areas
LG Household & Health Care announced on the 25th that it has provided essential daily necessities worth 2 billion KRW to flood victims in areas such as Sancheong-gun and Hamyang-gun in Gyeongsangnam-do, Yesan-gun and Asan-si in Chungcheongnam-do, and Gapyeong-gun in Gyeonggi-do, through the Community Chest of Korea (Saranguiyeolmae).
Previously, starting from the 18th, LG Household & Health Care had provided an initial round of daily necessities to some flood-affected areas. The main relief items included Jukyom Himalayan Pink Salt Toothpaste, Tech Laundry Detergent, Physiogel Cream, and Hyo Pure, focusing on products urgently needed at disaster sites.

Choi Namsu, Executive Director of ESG & External Cooperation at LG Household & Health Care, stated, "Following the wildfires in March, the nation is now facing a flood disaster. As a leading domestic consumer goods company, LG Household & Health Care will fulfill its social responsibility," adding, "We will do our utmost to help the victims regain stability and return to their daily lives as quickly as possible."
LG Household & Health Care has been supporting local communities during national disasters, including the wildfire crisis in Yeongnam in the first half of this year, recovery support for heavy rainfall in the central region (2022), and support for disaster-vulnerable groups during the COVID-19 pandemic (2020).
