No. 1 in Mobile and IT Product After-Sales Service for 14 Consecutive Years

Samsung Electronics Service announced on July 24 that it ranked first in after-sales (AS) service quality for home appliances and mobile·information technology (IT) products in the customer contact sector of the '2025 Korea Industry Service Quality Index (KSQI)' released by Korea Management Association Consulting.

It has maintained the number one position in home appliance AS for 15 consecutive years since 2011, and in mobile·IT product AS for 14 consecutive years since 2012.
The KSQI customer contact sector is an evaluation system in which professional investigators directly experience each company's service and assess its quality. This year, the survey was conducted across 34 industries and 139 companies.
Samsung Electronics Service received excellent evaluations in all major assessment categories, including pre-communication with customers before providing service, prompt and professional responses, and delivering services tailored to the customer's perspective.
Samsung Electronics Service offers a 'Plus Inspection Service,' in which service engineers, during on-site visits, provide free inspections of additional products beyond those originally requested by the customer.
