National Pukyong University Holds Employment Camp with Public Corporation Alumni as Mentors

Current Employee Mentoring Camp Held on July 21-22
Forty Students Participate

The University Job Plus Center at National Pukyong University (Director Kim Cheolsoo) held the 'Current Employee Mentoring Camp (Public Corporation)' over two days from July 21 to 22 at Hwangnyongwon in Gyeongju.

This program, which invited alumni currently working at public corporations to provide employment mentoring to their juniors, was attended by 40 students.


Six National Pukyong University graduates, who are working in public corporations in fields such as transportation, energy, water resources, and land and are active members of the Pukyung Career Mentor Group, participated as mentors. They introduced their respective companies, shared employment know-how, and provided feedback and mentoring to the participants.


The participating students completed a series of activities, including a special lecture to boost job preparation mindset, analysis of public corporation recruitment processes and strategies for application, analysis of their desired public corporations and job roles, special lectures and mentoring sessions with current employees, and company-specific problem-solving projects.


The University Job Plus Center at National Pukyong University operates as a University Job Plus Center project institution under the Ministry of Employment and Labor, offering a variety of programs to support career development and employment for university students and local youth.
