Eastpole consists of the NC Eastpole retail facility, a total of 1,063 apartment units, an office tower up to 31 stories high, the Pullman Hotel, the corporate rental housing Remarkvill, the new Gwangjin-gu district office, the district council, and a public health center. The retail facility alone is a large-scale shopping mall spanning 30,000 pyeong. Inside, most of the approximately 110 stores?including a multi-purpose exhibition space, an indoor sports complex, and cafes?are either open or preparing to open. In addition, there is a cinema with 1,000 seats.

The 'Pullman Ambassador Seoul Eastpole,' an international chain hotel, is scheduled to open on July 25 and will occupy floors 22 to 34 of the mixed-use complex. The hotel offers a total of 150 rooms, including suites and residences. The south-facing rooms provide wide views of the Han River, while the north-facing rooms offer panoramic views of the Gangbuk city center and Achasan Mountain.

The headquarters of the e-commerce company Coupang will be located in the Eastpole office building. In addition, other tenants include the Lotte Castle Eastpole apartments, Happy Housing, and the corporate rental housing Remarkvill.

Kim Seunghwan, CEO of KT Estate, emphasized, "Eastpole is a future-oriented mixed-use complex that represents the culmination of KT Estate's capabilities and will change the paradigm of urban development." He added, "We hope it will become an open space that grows together with the local community while providing new value and experiences to our customers."
