Renault Korea announced on the 23rd that labor and management have agreed to raise the base salary by 103,500 won this year and pay an incentive bonus of 150%.
During the ninth main round of wage negotiations, Renault Korea's labor and management reached a tentative agreement with these terms. According to the tentative agreement, the two sides agreed on a base salary increase of 103,500 won, a lump-sum settlement payment totaling 2.5 million won, and a productivity incentive (variable PI) of 150%.
Within one month after the wage agreement is finalized, a 'Preliminary Labor-Management Joint Committee for Personnel System Improvement for the 2026 Collective Agreement' will also be established. This committee will be composed of 20 members, with 10 representatives each from labor and management, and will discuss improvements to the wage structure and working environment, including the wage peak system and ordinary wages.
The tentative agreement will be finalized through an employee general meeting to be held on the 25th, following a briefing session for union members.
