HDC Hyundai Development Company Signs Customized Asset Management Agreement for Seoul One Wellness Residence with Hana Bank

HDC Hyundai Development Company, in collaboration with Hana Bank, is introducing a customized asset management service for residents of Seoul One Wellness Residence.

On July 23, HDC Hyundai Development Company announced that it had signed a business agreement to introduce products and services from Hana The Next, Hana Financial Group's senior-focused brand. The signing ceremony, held at HDC Hyundai Development Company's headquarters, was attended by Kyung Gu Jung, CEO of HDC Hyundai Development Company, and Ho Sung Lee, CEO of Hana Bank.


The two companies have agreed to work together to provide integrated services that support all aspects of life for residents of Seoul One Wellness Residence, including asset management, health, culture, and leisure. Taking into account the aging society, they plan to focus on meeting related needs within a residential model that encompasses all age groups.


Kyung Gu Jung, CEO of HDC Hyundai Development Company, stated, "We will provide the highest level of integrated services through the connection of housing and finance," adding, "We will continue to develop comprehensive services that cover finance, healthcare, and culture to enhance the residential satisfaction of Seoul One Wellness Residence residents."


HDC Hyundai Development Company is set to launch Seoul One Wellness Residence, a differentiated private rental housing project that combines hotel-style services with healthcare.


The Wellness Residence will offer life care services such as healthcare programs from Asan Medical Center, a 24-hour health management room, hotel-style dining, F&B, housekeeping, and smart concierge. Community programs, liberal arts education, and leisure activities will also be provided to facilitate interaction and cultural activities among residents. Previously, the company signed agreements with various organizations including Kakao Mobility, Snow Peak, Marriott International, and Korea University.
