Kim Hyeyoung, CEO of Ullim and a specialist in integrity education, delivered a lecture on the theme "Ethical Practice Solutions for Financial Companies." Through case studies, she helped participants understand the necessity of ethical management, the meaning and impact of corruption, and explained a two-step ethical management solution for mutual growth.

iM Securities continues to implement various activities to broaden internal awareness of ethical management and to encourage its active practice.

As part of its detailed ethical management programs, the company designates one ethical management practice leader per department. These leaders serve as focal points for ethical management, carrying out and disseminating activities in line with ethical management policies, and generating ideas to improve the ethical culture. Centered around these leaders, the company also operates a quarterly "Ethical Management Practice Day," and conducts internal workshops, training, and pledges to ensure the ethical management culture spreads internally.

Employees are required to conduct a monthly self-assessment using an ethical management compliance checklist to raise awareness of ethical management. Additionally, the company runs a weekly quiz called "Yunrijeongeum" related to ethical management and internal control, as well as other participatory programs, to further build a culture of ethical management among employees.

An iM Securities representative stated, "The importance of ethical management is growing over time," and added, "We will continue to pursue a variety of activities to internalize ethical management."
